Phone Orders: We do accept phone orders. All custom wax seal orders no matter how they are received will be confirmed by fax or email.
Spec Samples: Pre-production custom self adhesive wax seal samples are available for the applicable die cost + shipping.
Special Quotations: We will quote on special assortments or custom requirements. Please submit all non standard requests before ordering as we love a challenge.
Production Time: Custom self adhesive wax seals are normally shipped in 1 to 3 working days after receipt of signed order. Production time will be confirmed at the time of order.
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to approval of Waxseals.com and are not binding until accepted. Waxseals.com reserves the right to refuse any order at any time. All orders are subject to availability of materials and component parts, and Waxseals.com shall not be liable for inability to ship any order(s) due to material or parts shortages.
Payment Terms: All order are paid at the time confirmation. We DO NOT offer terms. We do accept and prefer most major credit cards and on line payment systems through PayPal.
Product Samples: In order to keep our prices low we do NOT send free samples. If you pay us the cost of shipping and handling and we will gladly send samples. order on-line.
Shipping: When routing is not specified on your order, we will use the most direct or least expensive method. C.O.D. shipments are not available.
All shipments are F.O.B. Victoria, BC Canada or Blaine Washinton,USA. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
Freight Claims: Client is legally responsible once merchandise is consigned to carrier.
Custom Dies: Retained forever unless we are told otherwise.
Return Policy: Waxseals.com will not accept any returns on wax seals without written approval from Factory Customer Service.
Cancellations: All orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled except on written authorization from factory customer service. Labor and material costs incurred prior to cancellation will be invoiced.
